Join us on Mondays and Fridays from 2-3pm for Chair Yoga.

Learn to line dance.  All you need is enthusiasm and a pair of indoor shoes. Refillable water bottle recommended.  $10 cash only. Limited parking at Palgrave United Church, 34 Pine Ave.  Municipal parking lot (free) at the tennis courts at the north end of Pine.
