This summer PUCK ran two one-week day camps focused on creative baking and cooking.  Campers spent one day at Albion Hills Community Farm visiting the chickens and beehives, and learning where our food comes from.  Back at the PUCK kitchen at Palgrave United Church campers made a variety of dishes ranging from baked goods to salads to hot meals.  Each camp had a theme and on Friday camp participants prepared food based on their themes to seniors from the Caledon Meals on Wheels exercise and social program.  The campers did a fantastic job and the dishes received rave reviews from the seniors!
