October 14 @ 9:30 am - October 28 @ 11:30 am
Join a small group for a guided 2 hours of Forest Bathing. In Japan, the practice is called shinrin-yoku, literally bathing in the forest atmosphere, and taking in the forest through our senses. You’ll learn how to find stillness, awareness and the numerous health benefits. By opening our senses, it bridges the gap between us and the natural world.
