Forest Bathing April 30, May 28, June 25

April 30 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Event Series (See All)
Free

April 30, May 28, June 25 10 – 11 am

We will wander, observe, and immerse ourselves in nature, allowing our senses to guide us.  It’s part of us – we are wired to connect with nature.  The Japanese practice of shrinrin yoku, or forest bathing, is good for both physical and mental wellbeing.

Hosted by Palgrave United Community Kitchen (PUCK), and led by local practitioner Janice Partington, we will meet monthly to experience the Palgrave Forest in a new light.

The sessions are free however registration is required to ensure optimum group size and for communication, because we will change the meeting area monthly to explore different parts of the forest.

First three sessions:  April 30, May 28, June 25 10 -11 am.  We will meet at the Palgrave Forest parking lot on the west side of Hwy 50 just north of Palgrave.  We will not be walking a long distance, however the terrain may be uneven and good walking shoes and poles or a walking stick are recommended.
