Meet at Albion Hills Community Farm (16555 Humber Station Road) shortly before 10 am to participate in a new forest bathing experience on the Humber Valley Heritage Trail,

Although this is not a hike, the ground could be uneven, and walking poles may be helpful.  If you would like to use some and don’t have any, please advise us and we can provide them.
