Forest Bathing – One Additional Session for Those Who Were Unable to Register for the Series

May 4 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Free

May 4 10 – 11 am

The series of three forest bathing sessions filled up quickly so we are adding one additional session for those unable to attend the series.  We will wander, observe, and immerse ourselves in nature, allowing our senses to guide us.  It’s part of us – we are wired to connect with nature.  The Japanese practice of shrinrin yoku, or forest bathing, is good for both physical and mental wellbeing.

Hosted by Palgrave United Community Kitchen (PUCK), and led by local practitioner Janice Partington, we will meet on Monday May 4 to experience the Palgrave Forest in a new light.

The sessionis free however registration is required to ensure optimum group size and for communication in case of a change in plans due to weather.

We will meet at the Palgrave Forest parking lot on the west side of Hwy 50 just north of Palgrave.  We will not be walking a long distance, however the terrain may be uneven and good walking shoes and poles or a walking stick are recommended.
