Palgrave United Community Kitchen (PUCK) is committed to fostering a thriving local food economy by supporting entrepreneurs and promoting food literacy.
As a dedicated Culinary–Food Business Incubator, PUCK aligns with the Peel and Headwaters Food Charter goals by empowering local food businesses, providing essential resources, and offering a space to develop culinary skills.
Our fully certified commercial kitchen is designed to meet all your cooking and food production needs. Equipped with a commercial oven, dishwasher, large and small appliances, and a full range of cookware, it is the perfect space for both professional food entrepreneurs and passionate home chefs.
Whether you’re canning, catering, meal prepping, or leading a cooking class, PUCK provides the ideal environment to bring your culinary vision to life.
PUCK was the first Peel Health Certified commercial community kitchen in Caledon. Through the kitchen’s incubator model, over 10 local culinary entrepreneurs have launched and grown their businesses.

What is a Certified Kitchen?
A certified kitchen meets public health standards and must be used for production of food to be sold to the public. These kitchens are inspected and must meet health guidelines. Renting a certified kitchen would allow people who wish to start a baking or cooking business to sell their product.
