SUMMARY:2021 D2D Camper Registration
DESCRIPTION:Please register for D2D Camper 2021 by completing above registration form.  D2D 2021 Day Camp is for campers 8-13 years of age and will run for one week between Mon August 9 – Friday August 13\, 2021 from 9:00-4:00pm at Albion Hills Community Farm (entrance 16555 Humber Station Road). Before attending camp\, campers must sign a COVID19 Visitors Form. Campers must also be screened daily (screening form sent prior to arriving on site). D2D will follow current Provincial health guidelines (which could change prior to camp start August 9 2021. Upon registration and payment\, campers will be sent more details. Please note: all campers will bring their own lunch and snacks as well as masks\, closed toed shoes\, hat\, water and refillable water bottles. It is recommended that campers wear loose light long sleeve and pants (if not wearing then bring in backpack). Sunscreen and hats and bug repellent are advised. Campers will have a location to store backpack. Campers are also advised that any cellphones brought to camp are used for photography or calling home in emergencies (staff have phones for emergencies).
