SUMMARY:Forest Bathing with Janette Cridland
DESCRIPTION:We are back to Palgrave for this highly anticipated event!  Join Janette to learn about the practice of forest bathing\, a fantastic way to appreciate nature and improve your mood and health. \nWe will meet at the Palgrave Rotary Pavilion on the east side of Hwy 50 just north of the Palgrave pond at 10:00 on Thursday\, October 15. \nAlthough this is not a hike\, the ground could be uneven\, and walking poles may be helpful.  If you would like to use some and don’t have any\, please advise us and we can provide them. \n
