DESCRIPTION:Visit Buckstown Cafe\, located in Palgrave United Church\, on Tuesday June 23 from 10 am to 12 pm. \nOur guest speaker is Certified Forest Bathing Specialist Janette Cridland. Learn why medical professionals are prescribing forest bathing for a variety of mental and physical concerns.  Her short presentation will be followed by a walk through the forest to Palgrave Pond to get a taste of forest bathing. The walk is on a groomed trail but there is some unevenness.  We can provide walking poles if desired. \nThere is no cost to this event\, however we are requesting participants register so we can plan for the walk.  This event is part of Caledon Seniors Month celebrations.
