Join us for Nordic walking in the Palgrave Forest Mondays at 10 am.  We meet at the Hwy 50 parking lot shortly before 10.  If the conditions are unpleasant or unsafe, we will notify you in advance and meet at Palgrave United Church, 34 Pine Ave.  If you need poles, let us know in advance by emailing [email protected].
